If anything, Asian men are generally considered less chivalrous than their western counterparts. That's one of the many reasons there are so many Asian girl/Caucasian guy mixes and so little pairings going the other way.

From overseas would be a person that has moved from another country recently, Asia, Europe and the US meaning anyone who was born and raised here, any nationality regardless. Just your preference and why.
