Does anyone know any good sites I can read updates/forum/blogs and that sort of thing from likeminded people traveling in SE Asia? It would be good to find up to date daily info from people's experiences, see pics, chat etc.

Should there be more Filipino Roman Catholic Cardinals?
I think the Philippines is under-represented in the College of Cardinals. I hope the Holy Father appoints more Filipino Cardinals for the Philippines to have a bigger voice in the Church. Currently, there are only 3 Filipino Cardinals, 1 of whom is based in Rome.
Something to think about:
The Philippines had the largest Papal Mass crown on record to date, during the World Youth Day in Manila1994. 4 Million people attended John Paul II's Mass.
Until recently with the independence of East Timor, the Philippines was the ONLY Catholic nation in Asia. 71 Million are Catholics (82% of the population) in the Philippines and the Philippines IS the 3rd largest Catholic Nation in the world after Brazil and Mexico.
The Philippines remain one of the few (One of the 2?) remaining countries where Abortion is Illegal and one of a handful countries where Capital Punishment is outlawed.
So why only 3 Cardinals?

Is there any webpage which gives a report of the “Internet-wide” speeds of the Internet?
Several years ago, there was a webpage that I used to consult -- but I cannot remember the name or location of this webpage any longer -- which used to give a report of the average speed of the Internet for a given area, e.g. United States, Europe, Asia, etc. It would also report certain areas that were experiencing latency, areas that were experiencing above average speed performance, etc.
Is there any such up-to-date, minute by minute report page anywhere? Something that reports the average speeds of the Internet worldwide...?
I know that I can certainly go to a number of speed test pages here in the United States to get a report for my own ISP's performance. But this isn't exactly what I'm looking for right now.

International travel while there is a bench warrant out for my arrest…?
I'm Canadian, and I was recently charged with possession of marijuana (7g), cocaine (0.3g), and counterfeit currency (1 x $100). I already had booked a 2 year trip to Australia and was not going to miss it so I left the country. I have since missed my court date and now there is a bench warrant out for me. I'm wondering if Australian Immigration and Customs can see the outstanding warrant when they scan my passport as I plan to travel to Southeast Asia for a month before returning to Australia. Is my passport flagged?
Also, if the warrant DOES show up when they scan my passport, will they extradite me? I imagine that they wouldn't bother considering it is so petty...but I'd like to be sure.
