Who’s gonna run AXN’s The Amazing Race Asia 4 this year?
Registration is from 5 February to 22 March 2010. All interested participants are to submit their applications in teams of two, and must be living and/or working in Asia (excluding Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East). All contestants are required to be aged 21 and above, must speak English, as well as possess both a valid international passport and an international driving license.

Are we dating? Or is this a fling?
I met this unbelievable guy a month and half ago. We talked for a bit at the bar and he left the next day to Asia for work. We texted each other for a couple of weeks, then one day I received my flight confirmation and flew to Beijing the next day for our first date. We then spent six amazing days in Bali together. After we got back, he left for Europe for work right away for 3 weeks.
Everyone been telling me that this is probably just a fling. So he got back 3 days ago. I met him for dinner the first night alone. The next night, he invited me to a dinner party at his close friends' house. At dinner, we joked about meeting my mom and such and his friends told me that he is not the type of guy who pick up girls at all. Last night, he had an office party with his staff and client and invited me. All of his staff knows me because I met up with him there for lunch before he left for Europe and they were really sweet to me.
So, do you think we are dating dating?
My parents live in China, so to avoid questions, I told my mom that he is just a friend and he's married. At dinner, he told me that I should just come clean to my mom and he'd love to meet her. I'm not sure if he's kidding about the last part. He told me in front of his friends that all mothers love him. I'm smitten and I don't want to fall for him if this is just fling.... Help!!!
He travels all the time, probably only in town for a week or so every month right now.

Does anyone know the title of this teen book?
It's about a girl who goes to a private school in England. I swear her name is Ophelia, but I could be wrong. In the book she makes mention of the fact that a lot of the girls in her "celebrity kids" school are named after countries (India, Asia... A girl named Calypso too.). She ends up dating one of the popular girls brothers, who turns out to be just as shallow as his sister. Her parents are divorced. Her dad is a gay director. Her mom is a tv actress. Please tell me if you know what this is called.
I looked at Calypso Chronicles... That's not it, but thanks. I know the cover has a closeup of a girls face. It's shadowy and she has what appears to be short hair. And I was wrong. Her name is Octavia.

Do asian guys in general like European girls or other countries or do they just prefer Asian girls and go out with them. Sorry for such an akward question. Im just curious. UK people, pls help me with this Dating thing!?
I went to a club that one night in Asia, I met a British 19 yrs old, he was on his gap year teaching orphanage. We talked alot, got along well. After that club closed, we went to another bar. Talked, then he moved closer to me, held my hands, we kissed, we danced. It was like we were dating. Honestly, I never met anyone like him. I'm 23 & have a 3 yr old boy, I did not tell him though. He said he wanted me to meet his family, I asked "for what?", he didn't say why.
While dancing, we continued kissing, he was very caring, romantic, nice, and sincere I think. I really liked him. Because I live in America, I offered to split 50/50 bills. One time in that night, he did tell me that he wanted to be with me that night. We just ended dancing, and kissing.
Soon, it was 6AM, I took his picture with my phone, and set it as a background, he did the same thing. We held hands, played little games. He asked what I would be doing later, I said I had to go to a live show with my brother.
I gave him my myspace url, he gave me his full name to find him on facebook/myspace. He said he would get on there to send me messages sometimes. He complimented I was cute.
We decided to leave. I wasn't sure about the UK cultures, I said let's take 2 taxis, before I left, I gave him a kiss. He looked sad to see me leave.
1/ Why didn't he ask me for my phone number instead?
2/ Would a 19 yr old UK date an older girl live in America?
3/ Would he mind if he knew I have a kid, and divorced?
4/ He was waiting to hear from him on myspace, but haven't heard. I couldnt find him, since I couldn't identify who is him on myspace.
5/ I searched and found him from bebo.com, should I contact him? or it was just a one-night stand/affair, or he wasn't serious (like american men would be)?
6/ He told me he was from a small village, his car was very old.. but from the pictures on bebo.com, he is from a decent family. Why did he lie to me like that?
